Underage Consumption
I was charged with underage consumption a month ago. My question is when I was arrested there were no test given to me. No breath test no blood test. So there is technically no recorded proof of alcohol consumption. I have a court date coming up. Should I fight the charge or just plead and pay the fine?

Re: Underage Consumption
Odor of alcohol can be enough to convict for underage drinking. You need to becareful pleading to that charge as it can suspend your driver's lic. if it is reported as a certain subsection and if you are a ga lic. You need to have an attorney or try to get the charge lowered to disorderly.
