Assuming you are at least 21 years of age, if convicted for a 1/5 DUI, the law provides the following:
-12 months probation less any jail time served
-up to 12 months in jail with a minimum of 1 day if you tested .08 or higher
-40 hours community service (minimum)
-1 year loss of license, which can be reinstated after 120 days if you follow proper procedures
-fine up to $1000.

The charges and fees will depend on your driving record as the more points you have on your record, the harder it will be to defend you. Also, it will depend on the facts of the case (i.e. what evidence the police have against you). If the case proceeds to trial, the fees are usually more expensive.
