Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
My 3 year old was placed in a bathroom and was left to "cry it out" b/c he was crying uncontrollably and the teacher couldn't understand him. He is speech delayed. Is this even legal?/?

Have you discussed this with the principal or other administrator? That is the first step.You also did not tell us how long he was in the bathroom. Nevertheless, we don't know all sides and facts so it isn't something to be resolved on a website like this.
