Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
After 15 years or more I have finally found out where a student loan originated from in my social security number. When I called the company they said they have no record of a loan for me. I have called the school to request information about this. Do to this I am not able to apply for any assistance. How long legally do they have to respond to my request?
Thank you,
Dev-Ray

Most of your question makes no sense as posted.
I do see part where you say you CALLED about a bill. They never have to respond to a call. You have to make a proper written request.
