Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
My children attend public school in the State of Georgia and play for the school's football team. We were sent an email today from the Booster Club Secretary advising us there is a mandatory $325 fee per child. Is this legal for a public school to make these types of pay-to-pay fees mandatory?

Yes, as football is an extra-curricular activity. You make the choice as to whether you want to do things like that for your children or not.
