Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
My daughter attends a private school in Georgia. A girl was expelled from school who was harrassing her on facebook last year ,as well as two other girls who she harssaded as well. My daughter was the main focus of her rage. This year the girl who was expelled came to homecoming and was recieved with open arms by the principal and staff who kicked her out in front of my daughter.The entire night the girl was going to different groups of kid talking about my daughter looking and pointing at her.The
School staff didnt ask her to leave . What kind of legal action canI take with the school

From your post (with very few facts of what is certainly a long story with several sides), a private school allowed a student (or former student) to attend an event, presumably on their property (not your property) and that child "talked about" your child. If that is all you have to go on, I am not sure why you think you have a reason to sue, and what your damages are.
