My son has been Home schooled for the last 2 years, he seems to have problems with crowds,and the noise of school. I want to known if I have a right to take him out of school agin.

In general a person has the right to home school his or her children, as long as he or she follows the curriculum established by the state. The state may want to verify that the home schooling parent is following the rules. Additionally, there are many resources practical and legal for folks who want to home school their children. Do a Google search and you should find a bunch.
