Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
good morning--I live in Georgia-I have stage 4 cancer. my wife & I have credit cards-some in both our names,some in just my name. when I die is she liable for the cards just in my name? thanks

I am sorry for your situation. No, she is not personally liable for your sole debts but your estate is and that might include your assets that could be sold. If you have not done so, make an appointment early next week to review your will, deeds, and other estate planning matters. Failing to do so can be tremendously expensive later.
