Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
Can a private school owner in the state of Georgia kick a student out just because he/she wants to when there is a contract that does not state that he/she has the right to?

Same answer you got the last time. Is there a contract that says they cannot? Also as you were told, if you don't want to provide the WHOLE story, you won't get the ammo you probably want.
