Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia
What are the risks to letting a friend use my address so she can enroll her children in a school in my district? She is planning to move to the area, however, the market is what it is and their house is not sold, and she wants to go ahead and get her children set up for next year.

The worst risk would be going to jail (she could be guilty of false swearing, and you would be an accessory to the crime). In other words, do not do it.
