is single gender schooling in the u.s. (after the oct. relaxation of title ix) legal? is single gender schooling constitutional? can an act be legal yet unconstitutional or visa vera?

Single gender schooling at a publicly funded school is likely to be unconstitutional. However, privately funded single gender schooling is fine.
