Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia

I withdrew my children from a private school after only 2 days because we were not happy with it. I paid over $2,200 in tuition and start up fees, book fees etc. They will not refund me any of this money. I did sign a paper that says fees and tuition are nonrefudable, however I received no books and I was not satisfied with the school. They will not return my calls or my emails and have been very rude to me. I told them the school was just not a good fit for us. Do I have any legal rights to get some of my money back?

Assuming "did sign a paper" means you signed a contract and willingly agreed that the tuition was nonrefunable, that probably answers the question. If it doesn't, it is not an issue to be resolved on a message board with a couple sentences.
