I am 75 and in sound body & mind, I have moved in with my daughter & her husband. I am very unhappy, verbal & mental abuse. I want to move to a personal care home. My daughter has power of attorney, and says I cannot do anything unless she lets me. Can I move if i want to.

You can move. The power of attorney does not give her any control over you while you are competent. You need to see an elder law attorney and have the power of attorney revoked. An elder law attorney should be able to help you get help to stop the abuse.
You can also call the adult Protective Services (APS) Unit of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) in the county where you live.
