Brother and sister dispute over singular parent assets, mother recently pass away and sister is claiming mother assets belong to her because she lived with mother prior to her death, brother is claiming sister used mother for her assets instead of helping mother with her illness. Does brother have grounds to claim sister is a "Baker Act" problem under Georgia Law?? How do brother prove sister is/was incompetent to handle the business affairs, and is/was greedy, and selfish, when it came to her sick mother???

I don't know why so many people reference a Baker Act in Georgia. It doesn't exist. The only Baker Act is q Florida statute. It doesn't exist in Georgia. It sounds like you need a probate lawyer. Who took care of whom is 100% irrelevant in probate.
