countersuing
My mother is 87 years old with the onset of alzheimers disease. My sister has convienced her to sue me for fraud, because she says she doesn't remember giving me power of attorney over her affairs. I do not have the kind of money to fight this and she's causing me so much stress and anxiety. I'm already going to lose my house. Can I fight this myself and where do I start? Can I countersue? We had a verbal agreement as to what I should do also. Please Help Me. Victoria

If you have been sued for fraud, you need a lawyer ASAP, not an internet forum.
