Divorce
Non working SS disability($900) 64 yo husband is planning to divorce 63 yo wife because he thinks she is unfaithful. He wants to live in same house after divorce, does not contribute to paying bills unless forced to do so, ex I won't pay car insurance on car he drives. He belives I'm supporting family members, which isn't true. I suspect he has a long distance romance going on. We owe 70,000 in unsecured debt, of which he does not pay. I work 2 jobs to keep up with the bills and house note. Still owe 235,000 on house. I made 104,000 last year, but I'm getting tired and I think I should file bankruptcy and abandom the house and move into a low rental house with my mother. His name is on the deed, but not the note. He does not help pay the morgtage or utility bills. Help. He refuses to go to a doctor for his memory problems, as he functions fairly well now. He was prescribed on Aricept to help with his memory, but refused to take it.
