My elderly uncle was removed from his daughter in the state of Virginia where she had power of attorney for his affairs. He now resides in the state of Gergia, the question is have is this is the power of attorney still valid even though hs no longer resides in the state it was notified in and if so how do we get it terminated?

The only perspm who can revoke a power of attorney is the person who wrote it. Most out of state powers of attorney are fine in Georgia but without reading it there is no way to answer that part of your question.
