In Georgia, does a Power of Attorney have to be notarized in the county where the Principal lives and does it have to be recorded with the court system?

Question One: No. Question Two: Maybe (depending on what it is for). Your question tells me you did a DIY POA (bad idea). You may want to sit down with a lawyer and get it right.
