Legal Question in Elder Law in Georgia

I'm considering hiring a live-in caregiver (or two) to assist with my elderly mother. What legal forms should I have them fill out (i.e. liablity release..etc) and can I get them off this website? Any other advice related to this would be greatly appreciated also!

"Liability release, etc." does not describe what you want to do, or lead you to any "forms" that will help you. If your mother is unable to care for herself, both of you need to see an elder care lawyer to handle several matters - this included. Filling in blank forms you find on the internet or elsewhere, when you are not fully aware of what they mean (or, more often, how meaningless they are) is the best way to make sure neither of your wishes are followed, and it is much more expensive to take care of later. Usually, people find out what their mistakes cost after it is too late (via mental incapacitation or death).
