Hi I live in delran,nj. My selfish brother and his troublemaker wife and mother in-law,did not wan't to be bother with with my mother so instead of bringing her home to stay with me and my son.My mother is a beautiful sweet educated, mother and grandmother.Who told me that she want to be with her family. But my brothe don't want to be bother,so he place my mother in a georgia nursing home far away from other family and friend's,after I had requested him to bring her home to me,so she can stay with my son and I.My brother dose not want my other sibling an I who are the biological children to help my mother.before my mother was place there the last thing she said to me and my old sister was not to place he in a nursing home I am trying to grant her wish. The one of the asisatance at the nursing home was very rude and nasty to me and said that I no right's to my mother at all.My brother is the power of attorney. After my son is out of school my plains was to go to georgia and legally bring my mother back home with me.But due to a fixed income, I am not sue if I can aford a lawyer. Is the a way that I can get help by not the courts and all the fuss and hassle.I just want legal try to get legal documents from a judge or a lawyer stating my legal right's as a biological daughter and the right to remove my mother in to my home.my mother was fine before she place there and filled up with what ever toxic drug they are give to her so she can't make her own decission'son her own just to keep her the and make money off her life.I even brought her clothes and a pre-pay phone for her in case of a emergancy's.there is more to decussed.

Either work it out in the family, or get an elder lawyer to review the situation. All of this should have been worked out with an elder lawyer before it got to this -- and for all we know, it was and everything is appropriate. Posting your side of a story on a message board is not going to resolve anything.
