medcaid
i was told today my dad can get m edcaid for his nurseing home care if his wife does not tranfer the home which is not in his name to someone else.she has transfer it to someone else and refuses to tell me when she done this can he divorce her and then be able to get medicaid

You might help them most by encouraging them to see an elder law attorney to help them handle their affairs correctly, rather than interfering and bringing up things like divorce or having to answer to you.
