How do I go about setting up a Miller's Trust? Is it done through a nursing home? How long does it take and how much does it cost to set up?

Re: Miller's Trust
Since you are starting from scratch and have several questions - and will no doubt have others - you need to see an Elder lawyer to make sure everything is handled properly right off the bat. When/if competency becomes an issue, it will likely be too late.
