Mom revoked her Power of Attorney and it's still being used. What can she do to stop him from accessing her banking information? She lives in Georgia; he lives in North Carolina.

Many things:
(1) Obviously give a copy of her written revocation to the bank and every place else where she has assets.
(2) Have the bank fraud department change her bank access and passwords.
(3) If necessary, sue.
