my mother had help from senior legal aid. due to she has alzheimer's disease. the lawyer went to court . and the case was voluntary dimissal. but now collection company want her to pay.. what do we need to do. her alzheimer's is getting very bad she is 83 yrs of age.

A voluntary dismissal without predudice does not prevent refiling of the case. Since she already has/had a lawyer who is familiar with the case, call the lawyer back.
