Can my mother sign over Power of Attorney for my father over to me
Hi, I live in Florida, and so does my mother. My father is in a nursing home in the state of Georgia, he can no longer speak or write or handle his affairs. As his wife, does my mother have power of Attorney? Can she sign that power over to me? Is there any form on your site that I can use.

A spouse does not automatically have "power of attorney". It would appear that a conservatorship and guardianship would be the only available procedure here. You should consult an attorney proficient in elder law to handle this.
