power of attorney in GA
My friends wife has had a stroke and is incopacitated to the point she can not sign the forms necessary to give power of attorney to her husband... What are his options at this point and what is a fair estimate as to how much a lawyer would charge to help him with this matter?

A "fair estimate" from lawyers on a website is useless (especially with one sentence of facts). Your friend needs to contact a lawyer in his area who handles these cases as a significant part of the practice and who can provide meaningful feedback on what is involved and how much it could cost.
