can a relative be a witness on power of attorney,also , how can you obtain a copy of your aunts power of attorney

Yes, BUT
Having a relative sign as witness raises questions of undue influence and conflict of interest, which might be used to challenge the power of attorney. It is MUCH preferable to have a disinterested third party act as witness.
As to obtaining a copy of an individual's poa, it depends entirely on whether the aunt or her attorney-in-fact is willing to provide a copy, unless the poa has been recorded like a deed, in which case it would be available from the county Superior Court.
