Re: Adult Film

It is not a question of Atlanta -- the First Amendment applies in Georgia too. The bigger question is what you mean by "adult film." The production of obscene films may be prohibited (and is by most states), as is the use of minors in sexually suggestive scenes or poses(considered child pornography).

In a general sense, it is not legal to produce adult films. Of course, there are many exceptions - underage, zoning, etc.
