DVD Recording Permission

I am a comedian and recently recorded a DVD of my live performance. I will be using the DVD for commercial use. During my performance a stage hand walked onto the stage, although he had no speaking lines, my camara man just got a shot of him. Do I need to seek permission from this man for me to have his image on my DVD?

To be on the safe side it would not hurt getting something in writing from the guy.
