Legal Question in Environmental Law in Georgia
i have owned a piece of property since 1988. In 2005 a tree fell on the mobile home and recently i tried to replace the home but can't get a septic permit. the inspector says there is no way no how he will issue a permit. This makes the property useless and without value. What can be done?

This is not an environmental law question, and you are asking people to guess why the inspector said you could not get a permit. Surely you asked questions of not only the inspector, but the office that issues permits, and presumably got some answers. We don't have the information.
