over $21,000 arrears & dad doesn't care

my ex is over $21k in child supprt and he could care less. He sees my daughter everyother weekend but only because his mommy makes him do it. I am tired of it and want my money now! HELP!

You can go the Georgia DHR and assign your rights and they will work to collect support. The other option is to hire an attorney and pursue the arrearage through an action for contempt. If he hasn't paid, in addition to the threat of being incarcerated or fined, he could have his drivers license suspended, wages garnished, or even his bank accounts garnished.
