401k

My wife and I have been married for three years. we have been seperated for two years with a divorce in the works. Can she get any of my 401k that has been added since we seperated. we only lived together for two four months periods.

Possibly, and in a case like this, because of such possibilities, you need counsel. (It's up to the Court if she seeks it, unless you have a settlement agreement that decides the issue).
