Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm 16 and I live in Georgia. I recently moved in with my father. My mother, who has custody of me, is wanting me to go with her to Tennessee tomorrow. My mother and I do not get along, she has a pill problem, and I do not feel safe going all the way to Tennessee with her. When I told her this, she threatened to bring the police to my house and make me go with her or they would have me locked away for being an unruly child. She also said she would have my boyfriend, who is 20 years old, put in jail or have a restraining order filed against him so that I can never see him again just for spite. Can she do this even though my father is okay with me and my boyfriend being together? And is there anything I can do to prevent her from forcing me to go with her?

Your father needs to file a modification and obtain custody.
