Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

im 16, and i dont want to live with my guardian...potiential caregivers/ and or replacement guardians are told by her(my guardian) that they have to get a lawyer to be able to sign papers over...is this true, lawyer is needed to change legal guardianship paper?

First of all, you can't file anything. And for another adult to file, it is highly advisable that they have a lawyer.
