Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm 17 and living in Georgia. My mom said she is going to make me move to Pennsylvania with my dad but that will mess up all my credits and when i looked into it i found i will have to stay in High School two extra years. I currently have a 4.0 in high school and a part time job that pays minimum wage. I cant stand living here any more. I stay awake most nights crying because my mother doesnt love me and i suffer from frequent anxiety attacks and depression. I need to know if i can move with my boyfriend so i can finish school. i turn 18 AFTER i graduate from high school. its my senior year. also i have not been taken to the doctors or dentists for over five years although i have begged to go.

I would advise you to talk to your school counselor first and see if he/she can offer you some guidance. Other than that, drastic as it may sound, you should consult with a local attorney.
