Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a 5 month old daughter, my person I'm with is horrible! He always has a bad attitude and has hit me several times before, I want to leave but he says hell get her and ill never see her! What can I do?

If he has hit you, I assume you did a police report.

Use that to get a family violence order in Superior Court and get him removed from the home, or, if you think your safety is in danger, leave immediately with your child and see a lawyer.
