Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have a 5-month-old who is very sickly & her father is military. We ended our engagement when he found out I was pregnant & deployed. He doesn't call at all ( I always have to call him to let him see her on Facetime) & when I do call, he's always out with his friends or playing his game. He says he doesn't have to talk to her since she's a baby. He does send money home the 1st and the 15th. He didn't sign her birth certificate but he did waste $500 for a DNA test and enrolled her into benefits. He pushed me when I was pregnant with her and I failed to report it because of his career but I did allow supervised visitation one time he came home. He always calls me names and tells me to shut up and thinks he is the boss of me when I only want him to have a relationship with his daughter. He came to my home and threatened my mother so he isn't allowed back onto our property. Do I haVe to allow him to see her under these circumstances?

Until and unless he legitimates the child in court and is granted parenting time, no. Be sure to do a police report and a report to his commander in a timely fashion for EVERY incident. Do NOT skip that.
