Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

it has been 11 months since the last time my baby daddy seen him. our divorce papers say he gets him every other weekend. he now wants to see hime this weekend..do i have to just give him up?i sent a letter saying i would like to have supervised visits for at least first meeting?

If you violate a judge's order you can go to jail, or face other sanctions (including a loss of custody). You have to do what the court paperwork says. You can suggest a supervised visit, but if he refuses, you cannot compel it unless the paperwork allows you to.
