Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I'm 14 and moving to Europe with my mother, but we gave my father a full years notice and now, only a few weeks before we move he decides to say that if we don't go to his house this weekend(yes he's forcing us,i have two sisters we're all moving) then he'll fight my mom to gain custody. Is it legal for me to disagree and not go,i mean he physically and emotionally abuses me so I'm kinda not wanting to go.

You are 14. You don't give your parents notice of anything. They tell you what to do. Otherwise, no one here knows a thing about any court orders that are no doubt in place. Your parents, not you, are the people to work this out based on court orders or, to some extent, their judgment and agreement. If there is abuse involved (the real kind -- not just the kind that comes up when you want to get your way), then you should have already discussed with your mother.
You are 14. You don't get to do anything. If either of your parents actually files in Court, and it is unlikely that would happen in a week, then things are up to a judge (who may in some cases ask you).
If you are a victim of abuse, you and your mom should have gone to the police or a lawyer or both.
