Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

1.My ex wife court was court ordered to leave the house but now wants to rent the house can I rent it too her.

2. I pay ex-wife 1006 per month for child support, she wants to stay in my house now can we draw up a contract in which she agrees that her child support will he be used for her rent. If I don't do it this way she will never pay me rent and my house will end up in foreclosure.

The answer depends on the language of the court order, but likely a lawyer can find a way to write it that would comply with the order.
