Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i'm 16 and pregnant by a 21 year old guy. my parents want me to get married with him but i don't know if that legal? Could he go to jail when we try to get a marriage license?

If you conceived before your 16th birthday, he can be charged with statuatory rape and serve up to 20 years.

Regardless of your age at the time, he could be charged with a misdemeanor for fornication.

No one can predict if those events can or would happen.
