If you are 17 and able to support yourself, can you legally move out at 17 without parents consent?

Unless you have filed and won an emancipation in court, which is rare, no.

You would have to file to be emancipated. You would probably turn 18 before the case was even decided. If home is just difficult, hold out until you are 18. If there are serious issues, you need to contact a professional.
