Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

1) If my wife and I are in a "bona fide state of separation" can it be held against me, "legally", in divorce allegations of "Adultery" if I begin dating after the date of separation?

2) If my girlfriend is required to give a deposition do I have the right to be present?
