Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
16 year old biological daughter is pregnant and wants to live with me...
I had her at 16 and her paternal grandmother (works in the court system) took her from me, she has legally adopted her. *this is in Georgia*
Now my daughter is pregnant and is terrified that the grandmother is going to try to force her to give the child up for adoption. She wants to come with with me, my husband, and her brother in Florida and finish school and we can help her.
Can she do this legally? What are HER rights?
Can she choose to revoke the adoption and live with mom?*me*

No.

You cannot "revoke and adoption."
In Florida, a child can get emancipated at 16. You need to see what the age of emancipation is in GA. Once emancipated, your daughter can live where she chooses.
