Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If my 15 year old daughter has a baby with a 17 year old, isn't this against the law? He is harassing her to the point where she is always worried to death. His family keeps threatening to take the baby from her, she is a wonderful mom. She lives in Georgia he lives in Alabama. What can I do to make them stop threatening her, there are grown adults calling her names like "slut" and "bitch". Not to mention the fact that he is on probation for drugs, just got out of rehab 2 months ago, and is now in the hospital (was in ICU) because he tried to kill himself by overdosing. I want to know what legal actions I can take against him and his family that are constantly harassing her. By the way, he tried to commit suicide because she told him that she didn't want to be with him and that they both need to move on with their lives. Please help!

You're dealing with a crime. Why have you not had him arrested for the sex itself? If you've failed to pursue that, do it now.
