Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My 17 year old daughter is out of control. She has had psychiatric confinement twice and been in jail once. She is a threat to her siblings and does not follow house rules. May we have her evicted? She refuses to go to school and is destroying our home.

You can evict her on her 18th birthday.

If she commits a crime or act of family violence, you may be able to do a family violence petition in Superior Court or have her arrested prior to that.
