If my 14 year old daughter wants to move in with her father, how do you go about it?

Step one is call a lawyer, as it takes a court order. That court case will also have to address a parenting plan, visitation, child support, tax deductions, health insurance and other issues.
The specifics will be affected by your respective incomes, what states you live in, where any past custody order is (and what it says), and whether the child is legitimate or not.
Again, all this, even if you agree, requires a lawyer.

You are 14? I suggest your father contact an attorney if he is interested in having you reside with him.
