Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can a 17 year old in Georgia legally move out without parental consent?

I am 17, I will be 18 in December. I have great friends, I am about to enter my senior year in Highschool and I have a good job which I am well on my way into making a career. In August my mother, who I live with now, is moving to Florida. It seems pointless to me to have to uproot my life being so close to 18. I have a solid alternative home with a friend who is 20 and her 28 year old sister and son, so I would have a safe place to live. So, legally, can I move out and not move to Florida without parental consent or being emancipated?
