Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my 5 year old

I have a five year old little girl and her father is trying to come back into her life. I don't feel safe for this to happen because a few months ago when his now ex wife left him he tired to kill himself. I don't trust him and don't feel safe to have him around her after 5 years he has only seen her maybe 8 times at most do you think the court will give him rights? or do you think they will side with us and keep her safe at home? Also we were never married.. One more thing is there something I can do so if something ever happend to me that my husband who has raised her from age one until now could keep her. so that she wouldn't have to leave her home little brother and sister.. thank yu for your time

There is no way to advise you on what the outcome will be without reviewing the entire situation. However, judges tend to err on the side of protecting children. Consult with a local attorney.
