Im a 16 year old girl that has been living with my grandparents for about 4 years. My mom left at that time an tried to fight for custody but my dads parents recieved temporary custody (as far as i know). But i feel emotionally distressed and want to move in with my dad, who is very active in my life. i just want to know my rights.

Your "rights" (which are more like obligations) are found in the custody order you mentioned. When you are 18, you can make your own choices. Until then, it is an issue for your father, grandparents (and perhaps mother) to work out.

Until you are 18, you don't independently get any rights. If any of the adults involved file a court case, it is possible the court may ask you your input or appoint you a guardian ad litem.
